Had no hot water and called the Frozen Flame number. TJ came quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. It was a faulty vapour sensor and he had the part on hand in his truck. My furnace died on me last week in the middle of the night. I mentioned it to my neighbour and they suggested giving TJ a call at Frozen Flame. He was able to come out to see me and had everything back up and running before noon. What a life saver, the temperature dropped big time but I was cozy at home. He was polite, professional and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. He had the parts right there on the truck and I think the price was more than fair. Overall, I would say it was a great experience and I definitely suggest you give TJ a call if your furnace does the same.
